Resumo
The Department of Commerce (Commerce) preliminarily determines that Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. (Maquilacero) and Regiomontana de Perfiles y Tubos S.A. de C.V. (Regiopytsa) made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review (POR) August 1, 2016, through July 31, 2017. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
