Resumo
The Department of Labor (DOL) hereby announces submission of the Employee Benefits Security Administration (EBSA) sponsored information collection request (ICR) titled, "Affordable Care Act Patient Protection Notice," to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval for continued use in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35).
