Resumo
In accordance with regulations implementing section the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA), as amended, notification is hereby given that an Incidental Harassment Authorization (IHA) to take marine mammals, by harassment, incidental to pile driving associated with installation of two meteorological data collection facilities (MDCFs); one each off the coast of Delaware and New Jersey, has been issued to Bluewater Wind, LLC (Bluewater).
