Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, and Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circular No. A-108, notice is hereby given that the United States Department of Justice (Department or DOJ) Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) proposes to develop a new system of records titled "DEA Inventory Tracking Records," which will serve as the repository of inventory management records at certain warehouse and depot locations.
