Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Requirements

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. The Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, 15 U.S.C. 1701, et seq., requires developers to register subdivisions of 100 or more non- exempt lots with HUD. The developer must give each purchaser a property report that meets HUD's requirements before the purchaser signs the sales contract or agreement for sale or lease.
