Resumo
The Office of the United States Trade Representative ("USTR") is providing notice that on January 10, 2013, the United States requested consultations with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia ("Indonesia") under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization ("WTO Agreement") concerning certain measures imposed by Indonesia on the importation of horticultural products, animals and animal products. That request may be found at www.wto.org, contained in a document designated as WT/DS455/1. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in this dispute.
