Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; 24 CFR Part 55, Floodplain Management

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. 24 CFR part 55 implements decision making procedures prescribed by E.O.11988 with which applicants must comply before HUD financial assistance can be approved for projects that are located within floodplains. Records of compliance must be kept.
