This document provides required notice of substantive rules issued by the Coast Guard and temporarily effective between April 1, 2005 and June 30, 2005, that were not published in the Federal Register. This quarterly notice lists special local regulations, safety zones and security zones, all of limited duration and for which timely publication in the Federal Register was not possible.
