Notice of Submission of Proposed Information Collection to OMB; Preauthorized Debit (PAD) Request

The proposed information collection requirement described below has been submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act. The Department is soliciting public comments on the subject proposal. HUD is requesting approval to continue to collect the information necessary to apply for a direct electronic transfer of payments from a financial institution to HUD when debtors have established a repayment plan and desire an automated transfer of funds.
