The Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is publishing for public comment a notice of receipt of a petition for rulemaking, dated July 20, 2005, which was filed with the Commission by Michele R. Donato, Esquire, on behalf of Mayor Joseph Scarpelli of Brick Township. The petition was docketed by the NRC on July 25, 2005, and has been assigned Docket No. PRM-54-03.
