Resumo
EPA is proposing to approve a redesignation request and a State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Maryland. The SIP revision establishes a maintenance plan for Kent and Queen Anne's Counties that provides requirements for continued attainment of the one-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS) for the next 10 years.
