Notice of Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review and Rescission of New Shipper Reviews: Freshwater Crawfish Tail Meat From the People's Republic of China

Resumo
In response to timely and properly filed requests from Qingdao Xiyuan Refrigerate Food Co., Ltd. (Qingdao Xiyuan), Yancheng Fuda Foods Co., Ltd. (Yancheng Fuda), and Siyang Foreign Trade Corporation (Siyang), the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated new shipper reviews of the antidumping duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China (PRC). We preliminarily determine that Qingdao Xiyuan has made sales in the United States at prices below normal value (NV). We invite interested parties to comment on these preliminary results. In addition, the Department is rescinding the new shipper reviews for Yancheng Fuda and Siyang.
