Fresh Garlic From the People's Republic of China: Final Results of Antidumping Duty New Shipper Review

Resumo
On July 6, 2004, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (PRC). The period of review (POR) is November 1, 2002, through October 31, 2003. We invited interested parties to comment on our preliminary results. We did not make any changes to the margin calculation for the final results based on comments submitted by interested parties. We did, however, use a different surrogate value for the cost of leasing land. The final dumping margin for this review is listed in the "Final Results of Review" section below.
