Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, From the People's Republic of China: Amended Final Results of 2000-2001 Administrative Review

Resumo
On November 7, 2002, the Department of Commerce announced the final results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished and unfinished, from the People's Republic of China for the period June 1, 2000, through May 31, 2001. These final results were published in the Federal Register on November 14, 2002. See Tapered Roller Bearings and Parts Thereof, Finished and Unfinished, from the People's Republic of China: Final Results of 2000-2001 Administrative Review, Partial Rescission of Review, and Determination to Revoke Order, in Part, 67 FR 68990 (November 14, 2002). On November 12, 2002, both Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp. and the petitioner, the Timken Company, filed allegations of ministerial errors. Based on our review of the comments received from all parties regarding potential ministerial errors, we have made a change to the margin calculation of respondent Zhejiang Machinery Import & Export Corp. The final weighted-average dumping margin for this company is listed below in the section entitled "Amended Final Results."
