In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3501 et seq.), this document announces that the following Information Collection Request (ICR) has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval: Health and Safety Data Reporting, Submission of Lists and Copies of Health and Safety Studies [EPA ICR No. 0575.09; OMB Control No. 2070-0004]. The ICR, which is abstracted below, describes the nature of the information collection and its estimated cost and burden. On May 21, 2002 (67 FR 35806), EPA sought comments on this ICR pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.8(d). EPA received no comments.
