Safety Zone; Lake St. Clair, Grosse Pointe Yacht Club, Grosse Pointe Shores, MI

Resumo

The Coast Guard is establishing a 400-yard radius safety zone off of Harbor Seawall in Lake St. Clair for a fireworks display on October 13, 2001. This regulation is necessary to control vessel traffic within the immediate vicinity of the fireworks launch site and to ensure the safety of life and property during the event. Entry into, transiting, or anchoring within this safety zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Detroit or his designated on- scene representative.
