Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate From Romania; Notice of Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Resumo

On October 1, 2001, in response to a request made by Sidex S.A. (Sidex), the Department of Commerce (the Department) published a notice of initiation of antidumping duty administrative review of cut- to-length carbon steel plate from Romania, for the period August 1, 2000 through July 31, 2001. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Requests for Revocation in Part, 66 FR 49924 (October 1, 2001). Because Sidex has timely withdrawn the only request for review, the Department is rescinding this review in accordance with 19 CFR 351.213(d)(1).
