Abbott Laboratories’ Sarafloxacin for Poultry; Withdrawal of Approval of NADAs

Resumo
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is withdrawing approval of two new animal drug applications (NADAs) sponsored by Abbott Laboratories. The NADAs provide for use of sarafloxacin to treat poultry. In a final rule published elsewhere in this issue of the Federal Register , FDA is amending the animal drug regulations by removing the portions reflecting approval of these NADAs.
