Resumo

This order withdraws 12,426.43 acres from surface entry and mining for a period of 20 years to protect the Leslie Gulch Area of Critical Environmental Concern. The land has been and will remain open to mineral leasing. An additional 40 acres of non-Federal land, if acquired by the United States, would become subject to the withdrawal.
