In accordance with the provisions of 15 U.S.C. 209(c)(1) and 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(I), SBCCOM hereby gives notice that it is contemplating the grant of an exclusive license in the United States to practice the invention embodied in Invention Disclosure NA-1168 entitled, ``Non-Standard Method of Design and Construction of Round Parachutes'' to Capewell Components Co., L.L.C. having a place of business in South Windsor, Connecticut.
