Stainless Steel Bar from Japan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Administrative Review

Resumo

The Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from Japan in response to a request from a respondent, Aichi Steel Corporation. This review covers the period February 1, 1998, through January 31, 1999. We preliminarily determine that sales have been made below normal value. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results. Parties who submit argument are requested to submit with the argument (1) a statement of the issue and (2) a brief summary of the argument.
