Joint Application of Southern Air Transport, Inc., and Southern Air, Inc., for Approval of Transfer of Certificate Authority

Resumo

The Department of Transportation is directing all interested persons to show cause why it should not issue an order (1) finding Southern Air, Inc., fit, willing, and able and awarding it a certificate of public convenience and necessity to engage in interstate and foreign charter air transportation of property and mail, subject to conditions, (2) canceling the certificate and exemption authority currently held by Southern Air Transport, Inc., and (3) denying the joint application filed by Southern Air Transport, Inc., and Southern Air, Inc., for transfer of certificate authority.
