The Corporation for National and Community Service published a notice in the Federal Register of December 3, 1999, concerning the availability of funds for organizations to provide training and technical assistance to grantees and subgrantees supported by the Corporation funds. The part of the notice concerning the provision of assistance to increase participation of persons with disabilities in national service contained extraneous information and omitted information about a matching funds requirement.
