Resumo
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is providing notice of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between FDA and People's Republic of China. The purpose of the MOU is to establish a certification system that will increase the likelihood that daily-use ceramicware manufactured in the People's Republic of China and offered for import into the United States will comply with U.S. law.
