NMFS announces that the Caribbean Fishery Management Council (Council) has submitted its Essential Fish Habitat (EFH) Generic Amendment to the Fishery Management Plans of the U.S. Caribbean (FMPs) for its review, approval, and implementation. Written comments are requested from the public.
