Notice of Final Results and Partial Rescission of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review: Certain Pasta From Turkey

On August 7, 1998, the Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of its first administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Turkey. The review covers three exporters of the subject merchandise. The period of review is January 19, 1996, through June 30, 1997. For our final results, we have found that, for one exporter, sales of the subject merchandise have been made below normal value. We will instruct the Customs Service to assess antidumping duties based on the difference between the export price or constructed export price and the normal value. We find that, for the one company that had shipments during the review period and participated in the review, sales have not been made below normal value. We will instruct the Customs Service not to assess antidumping duties on the subject merchandise exported by this company.
