Stainless Steel Bar From India, Notice of Extension of Time Limit for New Shipper Antidumping Duty Administrative Review

Resumo

The Department of Commerce is extending the time limit for the preliminary results for the new shipper administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar from India. The period of review is February 1, 1996, through January 31, 1997. The review covers two producers/exporters of the subject merchandise (i.e. Ferro Alloys Corporation Limited and Panchmahal Steels Limited). This extension is made pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended by the Uruguay Round Agreements Act (``the Act'') and the Department's regulations as published in the Federal Register on May 11, 1995 (60 FR 25130).
