Public Land Order No. 7284; Opening of Land Under Section 24 of the Federal Power Act; Wyoming

Resumo

This order opens 40 acres of National Forest System land in Power Site Classification No. 286, subject to the provisions of Section 24 of the Federal Power Act. This order will permit consummation of a pending land exchange and retain the waterpower rights to the United States. The land has been and will continue to be open to mining under the provisions of the Mining Claims Rights Restoration Act of 1955, and to mineral leasing.
