Fisheries of the Northeastern United States; Amendment 10 to the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan

NMFS issues this proposed rule to implement the provisions of proposed Amendment 10 to the Fishery Management Plan for the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fisheries (FMP). Amendment 10 would revise some of the management measures in the summer flounder fisheries and require a number of corresponding revisions to the regulations implementing the FMP and its amendments.
