Approval and Promulgation of State Air Quality Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants, New Mexico; Control of Landfill Gas Emissions From Existing Municipal Solid Waste Landfills

This document proposes approval of the New Mexico State Plan for controlling landfill gas emissions from existing municipal solid waste landfills. The plan was submitted to fulfill the requirements of the Clean Air Act. The State Plan establishes emission limits for existing MSW landfills, and provides for the implementation and enforcement of those limits, except those located in Indian Country.
