Resumo
On August 28, 1997, the Department of Commerce (``the Department'') published in the Federal Register (62 FR 45621) a notice announcing the initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on industrial nitrocellulose from Brazil. This review covered the period July 1, 1996 through June 30, 1997. This review has now been rescinded at the request of the petitioner.
