In compliance with the Paperwork Reduction Act (44 U.S.C. 3507 (a)(1)(D), et seq.), this notice announces that the following Information Collection Request (ICR) has been forwarded to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and approval: VOC Emission Standards for the Polymer Manufacturing Industry, Subpart DDD, OMB NO. 2060-0145; EPA NO. 1150.04, expiring November 30, 1996. The ICR describes the nature of the information collection and the expected burdens and costs.
