Announcement of the Establishment of the Advisory Committee on Blood Safety and Availability and Request for Nominations for Members of the Committee

The Office of the Secretary announces the establishment by the Secretary, October 9, 1996, of the Advisory Committee on Blood Safety and Availability (ACBSA). In addition, the Office of the Secretary requests nominations for representatives to serve on the ACBSA in accordance with its charter. Initial appointments of representatives shall be made for staggered terms of two to four years.
