Availability of the Annual Financial and Operating Statements Filed by Domestic Offshore Carriers

The Federal Maritime Commission (``FMC'' or ``Commission'' is withdrawing the proposed rule amending its regulations governing the availability of the annual financial and operating statements filed by vessel-operating common carriers by water providing port-to-port services in the domestic offshore trades, because jurisdiction over such services has been transferred to the Surface Transportation Board.
