Resumo
On September 17, 1996 (61 FR 48885), in response to a request from the petitioners, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Sweden. In accordance with 19 CFR 355.22(a)(5) (Interim Regulations, 60 FR 25137; May 11, 1995), the Department is now terminating this review because petitioners have withdrawn their request for review.
