Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate From Brazil; Termination of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

On September 15, 1995 (60 FR 47930), in response to a request from Usinas Siderurgicas de Minas Gerais, S.A. (USIMINAS), the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Brazil. In accordance with 19 CFR 355.22(a)(5) (Interim Regulations, 60 FR 25137; May 11, 1995), the Department is now terminating this review because USIMINAS has withdrawn its request for review.
