Resumo
The following public land has been found suitable for competitive sale under Sections 203 and 209 of the Federal Land Policy and Management Act of 1976 (FLPMA) (90 Stat. 2750, 43 U.S.C. 1713). The land will be offered at not less than the appraised fair market value. The land will not be offered for sale until at least 60 days after the date of this notice. The land is within the Town of Quartzsite boundary. Specific parcel sizes and locations will be published prior to the sale. Parcel sizes will meet Quartzsite zoning requirements. In accordance with Section 7 of the Taylor Grazing Act, 43 U.S.C. 315f, and Executive Order Number 6910, the described land is hereby classified for disposal by sale.
