Cut-to-Length Steel Plate from Mexico; Termination of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

Resumo

On September 17, 1996 (61 FR 48883), in response to a request from the respondent, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on cut-to-length steel plate from Mexico. In accordance with 19 CFR 355.22(a)(5)(Interim Regulations, 60 FR 25137; May 11, 1995), the Department is now terminating this review because the respondent has withdrawn its request for review.
