Notice of Request for Reinstatement and Extension of a Previously Approved Information Collection

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this notice announces the intention of the Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) and Farm Service Agency (FSA) to request a reinstatement, without change, of a previously approved information collection for which approval has expired in support of the nonrefundable marketing assessment due CCC on sugar processed from domestically grown sugar beets and sugarcane.
