Resumo
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is providing notice of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) between the FDA and the Department of Defense (DoD). The purpose of the MOU is for FDA to provide the quality assurance support for DoD centrally managed contracts for drugs, biologics, and medical devices. This MOU supersedes the agreement concerning drugs and biologics, dated December 17, 1975, and the agreement concerning devices, dated December 23, 1981.
