Resumo
The Commission is issuing a procedural schedule, following the receipt of comments from the public on applicants' proposed procedural schedule and applicants' reply to those comments. This schedule will provide for issuance of a final decision no later than 255 days after applicants file the primary application, which is 60 days beyond the time proposed by applicants.
