Training of Lessee and Contractor Employees Engaged in Oil and Gas and Sulphur Operations in the Outer Continental Shelf (OCS)

Resumo

This proposed rule would amend MMS regulations governing the training of lessee and contractor employees engaged in oil and gas and sulphur operations in the OCS. MMS is amending these regulations to simplify the training options, to provide the flexibility to use alternative training methods, and to provide the option to allow third parties to certify schools.
