Delegation and Redelegation of Authority Under Single Family Mortgage Foreclosure Act of 1994

Resumo

In this notice, the Secretary delegates to the General Counsel, who retains and redelegates this authority to HUD's Field Assistant General Counsel, the authority under the Single Family Mortgage Foreclosure Act of 1994 (the ``Act''), 12 U.S.C. 3751-3768, to appoint a foreclosure commissioner or commissioners, or a substitute foreclosure commissioner to replace a previously designated foreclosure commissioner, and to fix compensation for the foreclosure commissioners.
