Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate From Brazil; Termination of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review

Resumo

On September 15, 1995 (60 R 47930), in response to a request from Companhia Siderurgica de Tubarao (CST), the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain cut-to-length carbon steel plate from Brazil for CST. In accordance with 19 CFR 355.22(a)(3)(1994), the Department is now terminating this review because CST has withdrawn its request for review.
