Resumo
On February 20, 1996, the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) published a notice soliciting comments and views on the administration of the tariff-rate quota on leaf tobacco, established on September 13, 1995, which was operating on a first-come, first-served basis (61 FR 6333). Because of request by interested parties for an extension of the comment period, USTR is extending the comment period until June 19, 1996.
