This document orders that a referendum be conducted to determine whether producers favor issuance the order regulating the handling of milk in the Paducah, Kentucky, marketing area, as proposed to be amended in the final decisions issued by the Acting Assistant Secretary on December 2, 1994 (59 FR 64524) regarding the Class II price and on January 27, 1995 (60 FR 7290) regarding the Minnesota- Wisconsin (M-W) price.
