Resumo

This document seeks comment on the Department's proposal to continue the suspension of the implementation of regulations previously issued under the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts while the Department conducts additional rulemaking proceedings to determine whether further amendments should be made to those regulations. These regulations govern the employment of ``semi-skilled helpers'' on federally-financed and federally-assisted construction contracts subject to the prevailing wage standards of the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA).
