Resumo
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is amending its regulations which govern the confidentiality of documents produced in VA healthcare quality assurance programs. These regulations specify and provide for the limited disclosure of those quality assurance documents which are confidential under the provisions of the Dept. of Veterans Affairs Confidentiality of Medical Quality Assurance Records Act of 1980, 38 U.S.C. 5705.
