In accordance with 37 CFR 404.7(a)(1)(i), announcement is made of the availability of U.S. Patent Application SN 08/243,482, entitled ``Transformed Bacteria Producing CS6 Antigens as Vaccines'', and filed May 13, 1994, for licensing. This patent has been assigned to the United States Government as represented by the Secretary of the Army.
