Privacy Act of 1974: Annual Publication of Revisions to Systems Notices

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) is publishing this document in accordance with the Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-130, Appendix I, ``Federal Agency Responsibilities for Maintaining Records about Individuals,'' which requires that agencies annually review each system of records and publish minor changes in the Federal Register. SAMHSA is publishing (1) a table of contents listing all active systems of records and (2) a list of minor changes to these systems.
